Within the sales team, the position incumbent will be primarily responsible for promoting our products to our existing and potential customers.
Your responsibilities:
- Visit distributors, HVAC contractors, engineers, architects and consumers to maintain and develop lasting business relationships; (NB, NS, PEI and NL)
- To meet the needs of customers by advising and training them on our products, their installation and use.
- Participate in close collaboration with the inside sales department, in the bidding process.
- Ensure quality customer service and after-sales service.
- Participate in promotional programs and new product launches.
- Monitor the market in terms of competition and customer needs.
- Represent the company at industry events.
- Install and maintain displays and showrooms at our customers' sites.
