As a Customer Service agent at Innovair Solutions, Miami, you will be using your talents in an environment where customer service is a primary focus, high-quality service results from great team work, and every day comes with fresh challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Support sales managers for US market with day-to-day communication with customers.
- Enter and modify sales orders, utilizing basic Excel and our internal Microsoft D365 ERP System (training provided).
- Receive calls and offer customer support on product availability and post-sales service.
- Collaborate with other departments in fulfilling customer's requests.
- Provide reporting and analytics to leadership and customer executives.
- Assist the Technical Support team in processing warranty claims, returns, and expediting parts requests.
- Effectively multitask while prioritizing customer needs and aligning them with company goals.
- Demonstrate persuasive skills to convert conversations into orders.
Profile
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (primary) and Spanish (optional).
- Experience in customer service (3+ years)
- HVAC Industry Experience a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- HVAC product knowledge is a plus, though not required.
- Self-starter with strong organizational abilities.
- Work experience is considered equivalent to education and is highly valued.
