Your responsibilities:
- Answering calls and emails for information requests and basic questions about our services and products.
- Provide technical support for our products and information to all our customers.
- Support our customers' installers during installation and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate in the development of engaging and informative content, with a focus on simplifying technical processes for end-users.
- Participate in initiatives to improve the efficiency of internal services and processes.
