Responsibilities

· Process warranty claims, product returns, and parts requests in coordination with the Technical Support team.

· Enter and update sales orders using Microsoft D365 ERP (training provided) and basic Excel functions..

· Work closely with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met efficiently.

· Prioritize multiple tasks effectively while balancing customer satisfaction with company goals.

· Disassembling units for inventory parts.

· Maintaining and updating our price sheets and parts lists.

· Assisting with online registrations and associated PDF issues.

· Issuing credits.

Qualifications

· Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus).

· 2+ years of customer service experience (HVAC industry experience preferred).

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

· HVAC product knowledge is an advantage but not required.

· Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.

· Work experience may be considered in place of formal education.
